Phone or email — whichever is easier. One of them is enough.

  • Deep clean (imóvel ocupado): Leva o imóvel ocupado ao padrão que a limpeza regular não alcança.
  • Troca de ocupante (move-in / move-out / turnover): Unidade vazia entregue pronta para o próximo ocupante, na data em que tem de estar pronta.
  • Pós-obra: Tira o pó fino e os respingos que a obra deixa, até a unidade ficar entregável.
  • Limpeza recorrente: Visita fixa, semanal, quinzenal ou mensal, no mesmo dia da rota.
  • Limpeza de escritório: Contrato mensal, no turno da noite, para o time nunca trabalhar em volta da limpeza.
